Transforms typescript import statements into a format currently accepted by node.js ES Module system.

For example:

``javascript
import { thing } from "folder/file"
`
becomes

`javascript
import { thing } from "folder/file.js"
`

and

`javascript
import { thing } from "folder/anotherFolder"
`

becomes

`javascript
import { thing } from "folder/anotherFolder/index.js"
``
