dojot IoT agent base library

This is contains basic iotagent functionality implementation, that should be included in any
iotagent implementation to be integrated with dojot.

Building, installing

To build from sources run:

``shell
npm install
`

To use this library on another npm module:

`shell
npm install --save dojot-iotagent
``
