Install

Install with npm

CLI

From the command line, run:

`sh
$ issue-googleapi 'https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file' # example, drive.file scope
$ issue-googleapi 'https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file' -d dir -o dir # with read/output dir
``
