@rbxts/animation is inspired by Flameworks networking package and streamlines the process of creating, and loading

##### Features:
- Generating Animations in a single, or multiple file if so wished.
- Preloading animations using ContentProvider:PreloadAsync
- Utility for calling Animator:LoadAnimation() on every animation.
