A value is [ndarray][@stdlib/ndarray/ctor]-like if a value is an object with the following properties:
- dtype: string specifying a data type.object
- data: pointing to an underlying data buffer.object
- shape: array-like containing dimensions.object
- strides: array-like containing stride lengths.number
- offset: specifying the index offset.string
- order: describing the memory layout.number
- ndims: specifying the number of dimensions.number
- length: specifying the total number of elements.object
- flags: containing meta data.function
- get: for retrieving elements.function
- set: for setting elements.
