The [expected value][expected-value] for a [Weibull][weibull-distribution] random variable is
where k > 0 is the shape parameter λ > 0 is the scale parameter.

Returns the [expected value][expected-value] of a [Weibull][weibull-distribution] distribution with parameters k (shape parameter) and lambda (scale parameter).

// returns ~10.877

If provided NaN as any argument, the function returns NaN.
