Client generation

NSwag incorrectly generates Dictionary types:

``ts
export interface Dictionary {
[key: string]: string | any;
}
`

is generated instead of

`ts
export interface Dictionary {
[key: string]: string;
}
`

so we fix it in the client:generate:fix:ts:dictionary` script.
