Enviroment Variables

Both UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_URL and UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKEN are required. an error will be thrown (in this example) if they are not provided

- UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKEN=...
- UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_URL=...
