Webhooks notify OpenAI about post-checkout events like shipping or delivery. Since delegated tokens mean OpenAI already knows payment succeeded, webhooks are only needed for lifecycle updates:

- HMAC-SHA256 signature verification
- Protects against unauthorized requests
- Prevents replay attacks (timestamp must be recent)
- Constant-time comparison (timing attack protection)
