Install:

npm install cordova-back-stack

Create a persistent handler:

Meanwhile in another file create a removeable handler:

backStack = require('cordova-back-handler')

var thing.removeHandler = backStack(function myCoolBackButtonHandler(event) {

thing.removeHandler(); // Remove the handler from the stack.
