npm install img-webpify#### Thanks for all your support!

A modern and robust Node.js library for converting images to and from the WebP format. This library is a wrapper around Google's pre-compiled cwebp, dwebp, gwebp, and webpmux command-line utilities (v1.1.0 or higher).
For detailed information on the underlying tools, please visit the official WebP documentation:
* cwebp Encoder (for encoding images to WebP)
* dwebp Decoder (for decoding WebP to other formats)
* gif2webp Converter (for encoding GIFs to animated WebP)
* webpmux Muxer (for creating animations and managing metadata)
This library has been completely modernized from the ground up to meet current development standards.
* Modern Asynchronous API: All methods now return Promises and fully support async/await for cleaner, more readable code.
* Proper Error Handling: Failed operations now correctly reject the promise, allowing for standard try...catch error handling.
* Secure and Efficient: Uses child_process.execFile instead of exec, which is safer and more performant.
* Reliable Temp File Management: Guarantees that temporary files created during buffer/base64 conversions are always cleaned up, even if an error occurs.
* Cross-Platform Support: Ships with pre-compiled binaries for Linux (x64), macOS (x64/arm64), and Windows (x64).
```
npm install img-webpify
All functions return a Promise, so it's highly recommended to use async/await.
On non-Windows systems, you must grant execute permissions to the WebP binaries. This only needs to be done once.
`
const webp = require('webp-converter');
// This will grant 755 permission to the webp executables
webp.grant_permission();
result.then((response) => {
console.log(response);
-file_i +di[+xi+yi[+mi[bi]]]
e.g -frame one.webp +100 -frame two.webp +100+50+50 -frame three.webp +100+50+50+1+b
Where: file_i is the i'th frame (WebP format), xi,yi specify the image offset for this frame,
di is the pause duration before next frame, mi is the dispose method for this frame (0 for NONE or 1 for BACKGROUND) and bi is the blending method for this frame (+b for BLEND or -b for NO_BLEND).
Argument bi can be omitted and will default to +b (BLEND). Also, mi can be omitted if bi is omitted and will default to 0 (NONE). Finally,
if mi and bi are omitted then xi and yi can be omitted and will default to +0+0.
-loop n
e.g 10
Loop the frames n number of times. 0 indicates the frames should loop forever. Valid range is 0 to 65535 [Default: 0 (infinite)].
-bgcolor A,R,G,B
e.g 255,255,255,255
Background color of the canvas. Where: A, R, G and B are integers in the range 0 to 255 specifying the Alpha, Red, Green and Blue component values respectively [Default: 255,255,255,255].
