Infrastructure provides simple, middleware-like infrastructure for your
application startup.

Installation

npm install infra --save

Usage

Define initializers

1. Initialize the database

exports.init = function(container, cb) {

2. Initialize express

exports.init = function(container, cb) {

3. Initialize routes
