#### Config

| bufferSize | 32768 | buffer size of stream |

Functionality

sevl tries to load files in the following order:
1. .env.${NODE_ENV}
2. .env
3. .env.local`

Already present environment variables and these loaded sub-sequentially will not be overwritten.
