SignalK Anchor Alarm Pushover Plugin

Sends push notifications via Pushover.net when the notifications.navigation.anchor SignalK notification is raised.

Optionally sends push notifications in a configurable interval to let you know that everything is okay.

Includes a webapp to see the anchor status and send a test push notification.
