tRPC Client Devtools Link

Requirements

Peer dependencies:

- tRPC Client v10 (@trpc/client@^10.0.0-proxy-beta.10) must be installed.
- tRPC Server v10 (@trpc/server@^10.0.0-proxy-beta.10) must be installed.
